The Mincer Spacer Bar is designed to replace the Mincer Holeplate to hold the Mincer Worm in position when you are using your Meat Mincer as a Sausage Filler – simply remove the 4 Blade Knife and Mincing Holeplate and install the Spacer Bar and your sausage funnel and you are ready to start filling.
