Boning Knives are designed and made to cut through muscle tissue and other finer details.  The Boning Knives are also used for removing the bones of poultry, meat, and fish. We have Boning Knives from 12 cm through to 15 cm in length and the option of curved or straight, narrow or wide and some can come with a flexible blade option. It is also highly recommended to keep your Boning Knife as Sharp as possible also the tougher the blade the longer your Knife will keep its edge.
