Preparation of Natural Sausage Skins
- Natural Sheep Casings require full soaking for at least 45 minutes before rinsing process.
- Natural Hog Casings require full soaking for at least two hours, better still overnight.
Natural Skins Storage:
- Natural Casings can keep in the Fridge for up to 1 Year and up to 2 Years in the Freezer. (*Please note that these must be re-sealed and salted as best you can for longer storage life)
