The Bradley Cold Smoke Adapter is very useful when wanting to Cold Smoke different Meats such as Salamis etc. The Cold Smoker can be fitted onto most of the Bradley Smokehouses. The Smoke rises through the Flexible Aluminium tube which then cools the smoke down before it reaches the meat inside the smoker it self.
