How to use (general guide)

  1. Weigh out your chilled chicken (or chicken/pork blend) to the batch size recommended on the packet.

  2. Dice or finely chop your bacon and mushroom to your preferred inclusion rate or as guided by your house recipe.

  3. Place the required amount of premix into your mixer or mixing bowl.

  4. Add meat, bacon, mushroom and your usual amount of cold water/ice.

  5. Mix until the seasoning is evenly dispersed and the mix is well bound.

  6. Fill into natural or collagen casings, link to size, then chill thoroughly before display, packing or freezing.
