Pack size does not tell you the dose. A 750g bag and a 1360g bag can season the same amount of meat, so the ratio is not something you can work out by looking at the packet.

One pack of Stampede Signature premix seasons 10kg of meat and fat, plus 1 litre of chilled water added separately. Sausage Meal packs state their finished yield on the product title, and the calculator works the meat weight back from that.

Tell it how much meat and fat you have and it will give you the premix, the water, and roughly what the batch will make. Always follow the directions on the packet.
