Replacement bandsaw blade for the Foodtek 330B floor standing meat saw. 2210mm around the loop, 16mm wide, 4 teeth per inch, stainless steel.
The 330B is a floor standing machine built for volume, and a floor standing saw punishes a worn blade differently to a bench saw. There is more motor behind the cut, so the blade will keep going after it should have been changed and take the wheels and bearings with it. On a machine running most days, a blade is a consumable, not a repair.
The 4 TPI pitch is the general purpose spacing for meat work. Coarse enough to clear bone chip instead of packing up, fine enough to leave a clean face on the cut rather than a torn one.
Stainless steel stands up to the daily wash down a shop saw gets, and it will not put rust marks on product or wheels if it goes back on still damp.

Measure before you order
Blade length is the full loop, not the height of the machine. If you are not certain your saw is a 330B, lay your old blade flat in a circle and measure right around it, or check the plate on the machine. Send us the length and we will confirm the fit.
When to replace it
A blade starts wandering off line well before it looks blunt. If you are leaning on the cut harder than usual, the blade is drifting away from square, or you are getting fine bone dust instead of clean chip, it is finished. On a machine this size that is worth acting on quickly.
Care
Back the tension off at the end of the day. Wash down, dry the blade and the wheel faces properly, and hang spares coiled rather than folded flat. Shops running daily should keep at least one spare on the shelf, because a saw down mid morning is an expensive morning.
